Order Fulfillment:
Most orders are shipped within 48 to 72 hours of receipt. Large orders may take additional time as do international shipments.

Packing Slip accompanies the shipment; customer invoices are mailed out seperately same day via US Mail: foreign documentation provided as needed for international shipments.

Domestic:
2% 10, net 30 upon approved credit. A signed, approved credit application from an officer of the company must be submitted before credit is established.
International:
Payment prior to shipping.

Free freight on net orders (after discounts) over $1,000
Export, Private Label or Contract Services:
F.O.B. factory

Product Returns:
End User: SynergyLabs guarantees 100% customer satisfaction on all of its products or we’ll refund product purchase price. In the event of a non-defective product return, customer will be charged a restocking fee and will also be responsible for paying the freight.

SynergyLabs must receive a fax or email notification of product being returned. We will then issue a return authorization (RA) number.
