Secure Shopping
Orders placed through SynergyLabs.com or SynergyLabsVet.com are encrypted using SSL Technology to protect you against fraud. We are hosted on a secure server and are the only ones who can decode your information. All orders placed with SynergyLabs must pass through a fraud check and your billing address is verified before materials are shipped.

You must take every precaution to first protect yourself against unauthorized access to your computer, username and password. All users that create an account with SynergyLabs are responsible for keeping their username and password confidential and secure as well as keeping the email associated with the account current.

Information you enter into any SynergyLabs system will be received and stored to make your shopping experience easier and secure. Information may include: billing address, shipping address, credit card information, phone/fax/email, etc. By shopping or visiting SynergyLabs.com and SynergyLabsVet.com you are accepting these terms and conditions.

For people who enter their email addresses into the SynergyLabs system, these addresses will be used to notify customers of company news, press releases, special discounts, promotions, upcoming trade shows and so forth. If you wish to be removed from the email blasts, please notify customer service at customerservice@synergylabs.com. 

SynergyLabs does its best to accurately portray the colors and quality of each product. However, we cannot guarantee the colors will be exactly as you see them on screen. Adjustments in resolution, clarity, monitor brightness or other factors may impair your view on screen compared to the actual product.

Products for Personal Use
Only registered and approved distributors of the SynergyLabs Company and retailers who have purchased such products through their approved distributor or directly from SynergyLabs are authorized to sell our products. Any unauthorized individual reselling SynergyLabs products or samples from us will be subject to a legal action under the State of Florida and will be removed, at our sole discretion, from the SynergyLabs website.

Use of any SynergyLabs site is for your personal and noncommercial use. This site, including all materials, is copyrighted and protected by legal provisions. You may not copy, modify, sell any information, reproduce, publish or license any information, products or services collected from the SynergyLabs websites. If your credit card has already been charged, SynergyLabs will issue a credit in the incorrect amount charged to your card.
